We are a few short weeks away from our Buchanan Girls Volleyball fundraiser dinner on September 17th. The event is shaping up to be a great night, but we need your support. To help make the event a success, we are asking each volleyball family to contribute items for each of the areas of the event.  

 

Raffle for the Loaded Cooler 

Please donate a beverage, a gift card, or money for the cooler. Items can be delivered to Amy Groefsema on August 20 at Buchanan East Gym. To coordinate a different drop off time, please contact Amy. We are hoping to have all items delivered by August 20.  

 

Silent Auction Items

There will be a silent auction at the dinner and we ask that each family contribute items for people to bid on. Ask your family and friends or even businesses that you and your family frequent for items. Businesses may request an official request letter from the Foundation for tax purposes. Please contact any member of our Silent Auction team to coordinate drop off or pick up of donated items.

Dessert Auction Items  

We are also accepting donations for the dessert table. Please check in with your local bakery, make a beloved family recipe, or purchase an item to support this great avenue for fundraising. Desserts should be delivered the day of the event (Sep 17), no later than 3pm. If you need help coordinating pickup/drop-off please contact Nancy O’Neil. 

 

Sponsorships & Ad sales
Any Sponsorships and Ad Sales are due by August 26. There are various levels of sponsorship with benefits added at each tier. Sponsorships are tax-deductible and are a great way for individuals or businesses to support our athletes while promoting their business.
